Site Stats
This site is owned and operated by Hider, who can be found on LJ and can be contacted through email if need be.

Originally, the site opened in December of 2006 under the name Mice Eat Cheese. It was renamed and revamped in July of 2007, at which point it became Hell is Breaking. Together, the Mice and the Hell have racked up over original hits. Currently, the site is only being viewed by .

They're looking at the ninth incarnation of the site, which is called Remember November. [The header was made by me in Adobe Illustrator and all parts of it belong to me, please don't take any form of the site for your own use.] If any of those people have a screen resolution of less than 1280x800 and a browser worse than the latest version of Safari, there is no telling what they're looking at so may God be with them. Peace out!

Bleh, college. Oh, how you suck the life out of me. Next time I volunteer to do something, someone remind me that I need to let go of another thing first. Because going to school full time, managing two internships, and working 25+ hours a week is just not conducive to a stress-free life with lots of sleep. Sometimes I feel like my online projects are the only things that keep me going because at least they're fun.

On the bright side, I love Columbia and my new roommates (for the most part). I also got a new laptop finally so that makes dealing with the shitty dorm internet way easier, meaning updates around here should be slightly more frequent. And as soon as I can find some Mac-compatible programs that I need, I'll be all set to start adding fanlisting content again. Speaking of, does anybody know of a good capping program that's compatible with a Mac? I'm kind of desperate.

On the fanlisting front, I have one new listing on upcoming and a huge wishlister pending. Everybody cross your fucking fingers. Now. (Please?)

I've closed the fanlistings for Let Me Hear Your Balalaikas Ringing Out (Gilmore Girls #608) and Bob (Alias #508). However, if any of you ever get approved for it, let me know. I always keep the members lists and I'd be happy to hand them over. Speaking of, Lena now owns the House & Cameron fanlisting. She was already a co-web with me and since I don't follow the show much anymore, I figured it was time to let it go, despite how much I once loved them :(

I know I've been pretty absent lately but I'm hoping to change that soon. In the meantime, I hope you're all doing good. Enjoy your fall breaks lucky bitches! I'm incredibly jealous of your time off.

Obvious Hiatus

This? Is a drive-by update. While I have been (very) slowly continuing my mission of adopting out some fanlistings and revamping the others, this site is on a hiatus for another week or two.

When I moved earlier in the month, it was to a new apartment with slow speed service and then my computer finally gave out on me for good. My new one should be here by the end of the week but, never the less, don't expect any updates until mid-October.

In the meantime, cross your fingers for me. I just applied for a new fanlisting that I'm jonesing for big time.

Sort-of/Kind of Newness: Jesse Plemons, Scott Porter, and Barney/Robin

As you probably tell, the site has a new layout. It's pretty plain and boring but I like the color scheme and (so far) I love Fusion, the new script I'm using to power my updates. It's way better than CuteNews and seems like it might help get rid of the random spam and code errors that kept popping up before.

I've been trying to still revamp some of my older listings but, unfortunately, haven't made that much progress. My muse is being a major pain in the ass at the moment and real life is also kicking said ass all the way Mexico. I officially finished high school last week but my ceremony is this weekend, I turn eighteen on the 23rd, and I move away to start college on the 28th. It's made everything hectic but fun all at the same time.

Because of my busy schedule, I really should stop opening fanlistings but I was given the opportunity to own several fanlistings from my wishlist and I can never resist that. Three are now open but the other two aren't done yet (Did I mention that I'm going through layout block? Because I am.) The new ones can be found below, along with the sole listing I was able to redo, and the others you'll just have to come back to see ;)

To counteract my lack of self control, I adopted out two listings and closed several more subjects that I just found myself unmotivated to redo. Kate has taken over Bart Allen and Natasha has taken over Jenny & Eric. They're both incredibly pretty so go check them out!

On a unrelated note, I've finally updated the web page. Affiliates that dissapeared or were no longer linking back have been removed (email me if I made as mistake) and, one whole year later, new codes that actually have the right site name have been added.
